What courier do you use for deliveries?
We use Australia Post to send all of our orders.
How long does delivery take?
Australia Post generally take between 5 to 7 working days to arrive at any interstate destination. A delivery within Perth CBD takes 2-3 working days.
How much is delivery?
We offer FREE Delivery on all orders over $300. For orders under $300 we charge $40 for interstate delivery and $20 for delivery within the Perth metro area.
Can I track my item?
Yes. You will be sent a confirmation email as soon as your order has been processed. This email will also contain your tracking number.
Do you deliver to my country?
We currently only ship to within Australia.

What is your online returns policy?
If you are not completely happy with the goods that you have received please contact our admin team using the contacts page and we can assist you with either return or replacement of any wines ordered.
