Glowing flouro in colour, the wine opens up with citrus, fresh apple, lime, toasty and complex aromatics. The wine shows amazing concentration of flavor, texture, vibrant acidity and a full soft finish. The acid structure gives the wine a lift through the whole spectrum that gives it a beautiful crunchy feel.
Will age well to 2018. Food pairings include wild mushroom gnocchi or smoked bacon frittata.
