Deep green gold colour. The wine opens up with characters of dried apricot, marmalade, ginger spice and just a hint of light oak. The flavours are lush, mouth-filling and of rich ripe fruit tones. A beautiful limey note carries its way through the end. Balanced with vibrant acidity so the wine is in no way cloying or excessive. Seamless.
Perfect with a cheese selection or with chilled desserts such as lemon cheesecake
