Being a dry style wine, it is also very food friendly.

The wine opens up with an attractive red berry note with a touch of spice. Beautiful light to medium salmon colour. The palate is mouth filling, delicate and has an attractive slatey edge to the acid structure. Savoury and crunchy with a dry finish. The wine is really very vibrant and fresh with a punchy attack.
Perfectly suited to pair with chilli mussels, a bruschetta entre’ or Tom Yum style soup.
