This wine is a blend of vintages using some of our older material from pre 1990 as a base then blending up with portions from the 1990’s and early 2000’s to give the wine a fresh perfumed lift. Every year we make two to three barrels of Muscat that is cellared for many years to come.
The wine offers intense characters of raisins, toffee, candy, coffee and spice. An incredible amount of concentration and layers of flavours from the many years of storage in oak. A luscious wine with amazing length of flavor which is not cloying. Wonderful freshness and balance.
