The wine opens up with aromatics of lemon blossom, ginger, nectarine and lovely floral varietal notes. The flavor is full and shows the wine to be ripe yet elegant. The palate shows an attractive character of lime juice and with that balanced with a fine acid structure. A very flavoursome wine with a refined, soft overall vibrant finish.
Ideal match with scallops, grilled calamari or a spicy chicken curry.
