A white blend produced from select portions of Chardonnay, Semillon and Verdelho grown on our two Swan Valley vineyards.
This wine was matured in stainless steel tank for six years prior to bottling, then further time in bottle, enhancing texture and flavour.

A white blend made from selected parcels of Chardonnay, Semillon and Verdelho harvested from our two Swan Valley vineyard sites that were blended together then matured in stainless steel tank for six years prior to bottling. Using varieties renowned for their ageing ability, the aim was to create a wine with texture and fine complexity from 6 years in tank and then further time maturing in bottle prior to release.
The wine shows hints of honey and toast with lovely purity and freshness. A touch of citrus and fig character leading to a long finish on the palate. A crisp and fresh acid balance complements the wines structure and depth.
