A white blend made from specially selected portions of Chardonnay, Semillon and Verdelho grown on our two Swan Valley vineyards.
This wine was matured for 6 years on fine lees in a stainless steel tank prior to bottling then further time maturing in bottle prior to its first release in 2025.
A mature white wine to give consumers the opportunity to experience an aged Swan Valley white wine at an affordable price point.
Drink now or cellar for a further 5 years.
