Red Wines
Elegant, refined and easy drinking are the hallmarks of our red wines. Our philosophy is that the fruit should do the talking, and you will find that our reds are not over oaked, tannic or high in alcohol. We want you to enjoy your third and fourth glass as much as you do the first.
2023 Cabernet Sauvignon – $35.00
The fruit for this wine comes from our Pemberton vineyard. This vintage with its mild weather pattern produced fruit of excellent quality showing typical cool climate yet ripe cabernet characters.
Our vines are cropped low and dry grown producing fruit with good intensity flavour and colour.
Rich deep red with purple hints. Aromas of red berry, mint and cassis. An elegantly flavoured wine with good structure, tight fine grained oak and subtle tannins.
A refined wine with coolness and fresh varietal characters.

2023 MPV – $35.00
We have put together two varietals that perform so well in the warm growing conditions and create a wine style that is the essence of the valley with its Mediterranean climate.
A blend of Malbec and Petit Verdot grown on our Swan Valley vineyards.
The wine opens up with some red cherry, spice, violets and dark fruit notes. Shows nice subtle oak integration and a tannin structure that is firm but not high. The wine has some nice complex notes which are very attractive and a persistent finish which is fine and dry. Cellaring potential to 2028.
2023 Petit Verdot – $35.00
Petit Verdot fruit grown in the Swan Valley showing lifted ripe berry characters and fresh violet notes.
Colour is typically deep purple, almost black and is very bright and vibrant. Tannins in balance with the fruit and shows a nice fine grainy character which combined with the tight natural acidity gives the wine great structure and a tight dry finish.
An ideal match with a range of food types, but the richness and juiciness of the wine would be ideal with an array of rustic foods.
2023 Pinot Noir – $52.00
July 2026 New Release
Produced from hand picked grapes grown on our vineyard located in the Pemberton region of Western Australia.
The wine offers aromas of spice, clove, perfumes and fresh dark berries.
The mid palate has weight and shows a fine tannin structure, ensuring the wine’s cellaring potential for 10 years.
Overall, an elegant, cool climate style with fruit power making it well suited to a range of red meat, game and poultry dishes.
2022 Cabernet Malbec Reserve – $48.00
Hand crafted classic blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec grapes grown on our Pemberton vineyard. The finest select fruit was co-fermented and pressed into French oak barrels for 12 months aging. Skillfully crafted to produce a refined yet powerful full bodied wine, fruit driven with lovely soft tannins.
Deep red colour with purple hints. Fresh red berry fruit with characters of spice, violets and cassis. A full flavoured wine, the mid palate has richness and fleshy fruit characters leading to a long, cool finish. An overall elegant style with refinement
This wine will develop further complexity from cellaring to 15 years.
