John Kosovich Wines are not noted for producing sparkling wines, in fact we have not made one for over 3 decades when a sparking was produced for the wedding of Ray and Paula.
Following this tradition, this wine was originally made to celebrate the wedding of our beautiful Erin to Josh in October 2023. We are now pleased and excited to be able to offer our customers this wine that we as a family enjoyed so much and are so proud of.
Hand picked by Mary and Ray with help from friends at our Pemberton vineyard, this wine is made from approximately 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Chardonnay.
Hand Disgorged after 18 months on lees, the wine shows fine structure, tight acidity and a very fine mousse.
Crisp and delicate flavours of green apple and citrus dominate and compliment the slight sweetness and refreshing acidity.
