White Wines
John Kosovich Wines has forged a reputation for outstanding white wines. In particular, our Chardonnay and Chenin Blanc have been recognized among the best that the industry has to offer. Our current release of white wines continue this fine tradition.
2021 Unwooded Swan Chardonnay – $26.00
Full flavoured wine made from premium grapes grown on our Swan Valley vineyards. A dry, easy drinking style to enjoy with food or on its own. A great match for a range of fish or white meat dishes. Perfect with chicken, risotto or grilled prawns.
2022 Verdelho – $26.00
Dry style Verdelho made from grapes grown on our Swan Valley vineyards. A dry, easy drinking style to enjoy with food or on its own.
2022 Swan Valley Chardonnay – $35.00
Opening with cashew hints, white peach note and lifted citrus burst. Complex notes in amongst this lovely finty and limey expression. the wine has lovely fine structure with some vibrant acidity which then leads toward the beautifully rounded, rich, soft and long finish. there is a lovely underlying lemon zest character that completes this seamless energetic wine.
2023 “Mara” Chenin Blanc – $45.00
This wine was crafted as a tribute to our mother Mary Kosovich recognising her contribution to the Kosovich winemaking history over six decades. The fruit for this wine was hand harvested from our oldest Chenin Blanc vines planed in 1962. All fruit hand harvested and bunch sorted before a gentle pressing. A fine, tightly structured wine showing floral, spicey notes and lovely fresh vibrant fruit with length and purity. Cellaring potential for many years.
2019 Bottle Aged Chenin Blanc – $58.00
A lovely expression of Chenin showing slight apple crunch and subtle spicy tones. Wonderful complex flavours on the palate and great texture gives this wine plenty. Tight, green apple acid structure balances up the wine and ensures fantastic cellaring potential. Look for 10 years plus cellaring to develop toasty, lemony bottle aged characters that this variety is renowned for. Great to pair with cheeses or richer seafoods.

2021 Cabernet Rose – $26.00
A dry style wine made from the free run juice of Cabernet Sauvignon which is usually reserved for premium dry reds. Shows superb balance of flavour and acid making it an ideal accompaniment to a range of food types. 100% Swan Valley Cabernet Sauvignon.
2019 Autumn Harvest Semillon – $38.00
A sweet dessert style wine with lovely fruit sweetness and structure. A fine after dinner wine that will accompany dessert, fruit, cheese, whatever you fancy.
