The wine shows lovely varietal characters of pepper and spice. Flavours of rhubarb, red currant, cherry, fruit cake and vanilla bean. Overall the wine has lovely finesse, an attractive perfume, lovely clean spirit and shows an elegant touch of oak. Cellaring potential to 20 years
